Security — RingBase | RingBase

Security at RingBase

Your data security is our top priority.

Encryption

All voice calls on RingBase are encrypted in transit using TLS and SRTP protocols, ensuring that conversations cannot be intercepted or eavesdropped on. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by financial institutions and government agencies.

Infrastructure

RingBase is hosted on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging enterprise-grade data centres with physical security, redundant power, and network isolation. Our voice infrastructure is powered by Twilio, a trusted carrier-grade platform that processes billions of communications globally. Together, these platforms provide the reliability and scale that businesses depend on.

Access Control

RingBase supports role-based access control (RBAC), allowing administrators to define granular permissions for every team member. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is available on all plans, and active sessions can be reviewed and revoked from the dashboard. Internal access to production systems is restricted and audited.

Monitoring

Our infrastructure is monitored around the clock with automated alerting for anomalies, performance degradation, and security events. We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA on Pro plans and publish real-time status updates during any incidents. Comprehensive logging enables rapid incident response and forensic analysis.

Data Privacy

We never sell your data. RingBase follows PIPEDA-compliant and GDPR-aware data handling practices. You retain full ownership of your call data, recordings, and account information. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
